Step ashore & explore – stop by stop
From the Finkenwerder pier, you can start one of the most beautiful bike tours around Hamburg. Ride past fruit farms, old farmhouses and along the Elbe dike to explore the Alte Land. In spring everything is in bloom, in autumn it smells of apples, and in summer it’s pure freedom.
Half-pipes might not be the first thing that spring to mind when you think of Hamburg, but there is one at Rüschpark! If skateboarding isn’t really your thing, the park also has a play area, a sports field and a barbecue area. It’s also a great place to enjoy a close-up view of the container ships approaching the port while you relax.

Engel Imbiss is also open at the weekend: whether you fancy a fish sandwich, currywurst with homemade curry sauce or crispy chips, the prime location right by the water makes it the perfect place for a snack.
