- passengers must always follow our crew members’ instructions.
- Board vessels using the ramps. Let passengers on board the ferry disembark first, then new passengers may board.
- Passengers travelling with bicycles embark/disembark last. Bicycles must be stowed in the space reserved for this purpose. The owner must stand next to the bike and secure it properly.
- No one may board once the visual and acoustic warning signals are activated.
- Bicycles are not allowed on the upper deck or in the seating area of the passenger cabin.
- The safety equipment and the toilet must remain accessible at all times.
- Smoking is prohibited on board, both inside and out.
