Everyone’s safety comes first! On all our vessels

  • passengers must always follow our crew members’ instructions.
  • Board vessels using the ramps. Let passengers on board the ferry disembark first, then new passengers may board.
  • Passengers travelling with bicycles embark/disembark last. Bicycles must be stowed in the space reserved for this purpose. The owner must stand next to the bike and secure it properly.
  • No one may board once the visual and acoustic warning signals are activated.
  • Bicycles are not allowed on the upper deck or in the seating area of the passenger cabin.
  • The safety equipment and the toilet must remain accessible at all times.
  • Smoking is prohibited on board, both inside and out.
